There are two ways to water your Tillandsias.
The best way is to remove them from your terrarium twice a week and gently dip them in a cup of water several times. Turn them upside down and gently shake the excess water off before returning them.
Air plants don’t like standing water in the crown because it can cause them to rot
Another way to water is to run them under a gently flowing faucet twice a week. Make sure the water is not too hot or cold.
